they've no idea of customer services
their ability to let you down via their horrendous call center based customer services (as they call themselves) is the only consistent thing they're capable of.
compared to vodaphone there coverage, from what they 'claim', is paints. 4-5 bars and calls drop, calls go straight to voicemail even though your not on the phone or you're in a good signal area. we have loads of iphones at work and its the same story.
