      Default dodo wax.

      Hi everyone

I've got a silver R and am thinking of branching out into the dodo Market. Can someone reccomend which is best as I'm easily confused. Currently I use autoglym.

      Cheers

hiya mate, i really really like the dodo waxes and have a pot of orange crush as my main wax but i do have around 10-12 waxes lol, what am i like. I also have a sample pot of other dodo waxes.

For your silver car mate i would go for the light fantastic (soft) or diamond white (hard) depending on whether you like to use either a hard or soft wax.

I also have a silver R32, just about to order the dark and lite sample of Dodo Juice. The darker waxes apparently highlight the metalic giving a deeper shine. The hard wax I will be using through the winter to give it that bit more protection, and the softer waxes during the summer.

No worries, it will good to see how they both turn out. It was just a tip I picked up off Dave Tabinor or Superior Shine when he was detailing my brothers golf. I wouldnt have chosen it otherwise.

Well i've tried many of waxes, p21, chemicle guys 50/50 auto glym poor boys etc. But nothing compares to the dodo supernatural carnauba wax. 250ml will cost £100 but its value for money as its simply awesome. shine. easability to use. protects and lasts weeks/months. I use a sonus orbitle polisher to de-swile the car and polish it to death lol then hand wax the car. Even the wheels. As yet the new r32 i just got has to get this treatment.

Was hoping to do mine over Christmas but the other half had other ideas. She didn't mind the half day trip to APS but she said watching me wash the car for hours was to much LOL. God help me I'll wear her down tho lol.

why does she have to watch you wash and wax the car. she should be cooking your dinner or cleaning lmao
