Really pleased for ya Andy - and that the gearbox could be sorted in time !

Great result Andy, I came pretty low being 2nd from bottom in my classes :(. I was going easy on the clutch though! Would be interested to see who else on here raced their R32 on Saturday?

Who/what got the 2.83 to 60 in the highly modified category?

It's a MK1 running 4wd fully stripped and caged..
About 600horses and Nos as far as I know...
Very Rapid car..

I got 4th...not bad seeing I kept forgetting to turn traction off...had a full tank of fuel...a boot full of stuff...a passenger...a standard gearbox....and I had never done anything like that before....roll on next year....lol

the car full of rubbish excuse is a valid one and one i tend to use. the others im not too sure haha

That's the one I'm using! 5th for 1/4 mile and 6th for 0-60

leaving the traction on was the worse thing you can do....lol....and I did it each time....I only remembered about it when I saw the light flash on the dash board.

Can other people that ran standard power R32s post their results please

On Saturday (Standard MK5)

0-60 - 5.69 = 4th place

1/4 mile - 14.318 = 6th place

Andy I heard the black vinal wrapped Audi TT beat you, Thought that wasnt no where near as much power as yours?

What results did the other turbo'd .:R's get?

Ive forgot what hes called after talking to him at york, the results are only in class tho too which doesnt tell me who won out of you both lol

You can look at all classes though..
He is called Tim and he managed a 11.7
I did 11.5 so I upset him ..lol

Yeah it was closer on the Saturday though..

I though i had read some where you had won...but on the results page it says Gary Martin won on the Saturday?
