Im 99% certain ive just been gunned down by a man in a van locally and im soo annoyed!

Ive had a bloody accident that went through insurance about 2 months ago, ive had another rear shunt about 5 days ago and now ive been caught going around 55 in a 40 as i pulled out of some traffic lights and was looking at a group of cyclists at the side of the road whilst giving it some and he was just sat there starring straight at me!! I was the only person on the road and it was a dual lane bit but never the less ive been caught!!

Anyone know anything i could try to get out of it? my insurer is going to love me on renewal!!

Yes bud bang on, have a good browse of the forums on the above link as well for advice.

I have been in same situation so i thought sod it and went back and talked to the camera operator and he said he never managed to get two shots of me so i was cool :P

I couldn't really go back and ask him because he was just on the grass at the side of the road but I really wanted to know if he had got me :( I will try the forum above though and hopefully they can tell me some good gen!! Thanks

Otherwise 3 points wont make a huge difference if any, i few mates and family got SP30s hasn't made enough difference to worry about D

Ive had terrible luck lately lol, i cant even check the post as im living at work and the letter will go to an empty house!

SP30's make little no difference to the insurance as pretty much everyone has one.

As far as getting out of it I wouldnt try it, if they have your photo its not worth saying it was someone else as they get very agro about that.

If the cops pull you often they will let you off as long as your not being a complete nutter on the road.
