      Default Best Alloy Wheel Cleaner?

I have seen a few threads about what alloy wheel cleaners everyones uses. My alloys have some very tough baked on brake dust that does not come off.

What is the most recommended cleaner here as there seems to be a few that everyone says is good to use, which is confusing.

I see autocar recommends Carplan Wonderwheels as the best, would you say this is correct? But how good isit in comparison with:-

      Bilberry Safe Wheel Cleaner

      Megs Wheel Brightener

      Muc off Wheel Cleaner
MK5 Golf R32, Deep Pearl Blue

I use Bilberry and it does the job, although I never let brake dust get caked on long enough for it to be any trouble getting it off!

for tough ground in dust you may need a day. For this I use:

      Bilberry
Clay and Detailer to get tar spots and dust off
      Wash Again
Poor Boys Wheel Sealent (done properly dust just rinses off once sealed)

+1 for bilberry followed by 2 coats of poorboys wheel sealant.
