      20mins? What about 1min for every min the car is missing? Or 1min for every £1 of damage if any? Makes you sick

      Fairplay that hes going to the ends of the earth to catch this twat, he should be made a national spectical of when hes caught, completey named and shamed so we can all spit on him in the street.

      Great idea, but my god it makes you wonder why we pay all these taxes to the govt. and the POLICE can't find this guy and sort it

      I bet the guy is known to the old billl, just like every other bloody criminal out there - all of them are repeat offenders as the punishments just aren't severe enough.
