Default Are these mats a bit too OTT?

I have been looking for R badged rubber mats with no success but came across these on Fleabay...

ALUMINIUM MATS MK4 GOLF R32 VR5 GTI TURBO GT TDI 97-04 on eBay, also Floor Mats Flooring, Interior Styling, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 05-Jan-09 19:52:11 GMT)

Are they too much or do you think they are sick?

I'd be more worried about them being slippery when wet than OTT tbh.

If you like them though go for it as it really doesn't matter what anyone else thinks!

Pretty nasty in my opinion. Would expect them to be a bit slippery when wet.

Pretty much my thoughts but someone must be buying them! I still want the R badged rubber mats but nowhere this side of the atlantic sells them.

The best thing about those mats is if some one tried to car-jack you....you could hit them with one....lol
