Help with R32 leather seats (subframes) - R32OC

Morning all. I have spoken to a friend who is willing to sell me his front R32 leather seats for a very good price but currently have Fiesta ST runners/subframes welded to the bottom of the seats. Would It be possible, for me to use the subframes off my current seats and fit them onto the R32 seats? Or will it look like a fabricator/welder job. Unsure on the layout under the R32 seats If they are the same as the standard underneath?

Are we talking Mk4 or Mk5 seats, which car they going into /

If they have been made to fit a fiesta then more than likely they have been butchered on the frames.

You could use your subframes but they would need prob welding to the R32 seats.

they are mk4 seats going back into a mk4. I was going to use my subframes from my current mk4 seats and fit them onto the leather ones. If I need them welded, It should'nt be too much problem as I know a welder/Fabricator
