| As discussed on the Inters thread : Saturday
For anyone wishing to join the Northern convoy or meet prior to entering Bruntingthorpe grounds this is my suggested itinerary.
I'm aiming to get there for 10am , Any earlier and from previous experience its just spent in traffic queues anyway.
Set off from Charnock Richard Services for 0630am prompt.
Stop off at Lymm Services around 7am giving anyone chance to grab a coffee at the Mcdonalds, And departing at 0730 Prompt.
Final meet at Junction 21 of the M1 with any southern convoy (Leicester marriott junction LE19 1SW) for around 0930hrs and onwards to Bruntingthorpe.
Any suggestions welcomed for any further stops or meet prior to Entering the grounds.
Anyone interested in this convoy please post up so we've ideas of numbers. Saturday evening
Meet within the Marriott Leicester bar area for around 18.30-19.30
Aim to get a taxi/walk for around 19.30 - 20.00 ish
Arrive at the local Toby carvery inn where the beer is cheaper and also the carvery aint at all bad.
( Junction of B4114 St Johns and B582 Blaby rd LE19 2BJ) Robin hood PH or simular if memory serves me right.
This has worked well and been a good laugh the last few years but again suggestions welcome. Sunday
Meet within the Marriott car park for 0900 for anyone wishing to partake in pictures or as per Gaz's video last year the convoy setting off.
Departing the Leicester Marriott ( LE19 1SW ) car park for 0930hrs Prompt again to arrive for around 10am.

| from the original post:

so depending on where youre coming from choose the meeting point that suits you i guess. Of course if somebody wants to meet at an extra services we can drive through and collect them but it obviously wouldn't be a stop and they would have to be ready unless we made good time. | | | |
