Had a search, found some bits and bobs but not much. Anyone know the vw part numbers for Mk4;

Spark Plugs
Oil Filter
Sump Plug
Sump Plug Washer
Haldex Service Kit

How much is the synta gold these days, guessing u need 2 tubs...

i've got these all at home in case someone doesn't reply sooner

my local VW no longer has Synta Gold...and I heard a couple months ago from a friend that they had stopped it apparently

I went for Silkolene ProS 5w-40 and it can be bought from GSF... 5 litre and 1 litre needed

Oil Filter - 071 115 562 A
Sump Plug - N 908 132 02
Sump Plug Washer - with above
Haldex Service Kit - filter 02D 525 558 A , oil G052175A1

some of those may have been updated but the dealer should confirm that

presumably these will be the same for the mkv aswell?

no sure but I'd expect them to be... if you've got an old service reciept from VW kicking around you can check most of them that way
