Hey guys, I have a MarkIV 2002 year Golf S Model. I got a toad alarm installed. The alarm is the total closure type. The alarm is A606I Type.
The problem is when I park, with the nose of the car facing downhill slighty. The alarm goes off sortly after parking.
(If anyone can help this would be great)
Regards
Vrt

It sounds to me like theres a tilt sensor and its not correctly set or has a fault.

A PM to Chris at CCA may assist.

Hey the alarm was installed a week after I bought the car in may of 2007, but it has only recently started going off.
I will try & find a toad dealer. It was installed by skidz @ falkirk.

Have u tried parking it the other way???

if it doesn't go off then id say tilt sensor, if it stil goes off, id say your interior sensors are buggered.
Defo go back to the people whom fitted it and ask D
