If MK4 then if normal driving then i would say blue, but if a few track days or masses amount of power then orange to help late breaking and keep the speed going through the corners.

If mk5 then it isnt a consideration is it has the generation 2 haldex on the car which if you get the controller is switchable from inside the cabin
