Well what a perfect weekend to finally get to clean the R from all the winter salt and dirt.

Really pleased with how the R has stood up the bad weather and tonnes of salt thrown at it during past 5 months.

Jet washed

Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo with microfiber cloths

Microfiber towls to dry

Prima Amigo Glaze

Prima Banana Gloss Liquid Wax ... ... ... mmmmmmmmmm love that smell

Both applied with microfiber cloths and buffed . . . . . . Nice, if I say so myself !!

Cleaned (not detailed!) my car yesterday and it was really depressing. The winter and my new longer commute has taken a massive toll on it with rusty bits, scratches on nearly every panel and I finally cleaned off the back bumper to see the damage caused by a Clio hitting me up the arse a few months back. It was worse than I feared so I'll have to get it sorted soon.
