First of all before i begin please excuse the simple explanations, i know you guys know these cars but i made one description for the car which i have posted on other sites so here goes

Here for sale is my 2003 silver 5 door 3.2 golf R32

mileage is 80K miles with full service history all VW stamps apart from the last one which was a vw specialist and all genuine parts where used.
MOT 12 months (just passed)
tax till end of June

The car has been extremely well looked after and is in good condition for its age, always been serviced at the correct intervals and parts have been replaced when they have needed to be.

Always cleaned every week i also own another mk4 golf so its been well cared for.

Spec and Mods:

Interior:

Inside is in very good condition and has the usual r32 interior
has full leather heated seats with no rips/ damage or signs of wear
Cruise control
6 disc cd changer
Rline carpet mats in good condition
that is pretty much it for the interior everything works as it should, only problem i have had is the radio sometimes does not store the stations and does not display correctly, but i keep it on one station all the time so this never really bothered me.

Engine & Body:
Has a Milltek resonated cat back exhaust system which sounds amazing!
engine is sound, i had the car checked over fully by my mechanic when i purchased it for peace of mind, and he couldn't find anything wrong with it apart from the 1 advisory on the MOT which was a small hole in one of the rubber CV boots, however it is not bad, and it was advised it wasn't worth changing.
a common fault on these is for the radiator fans to stop working, there is a receipt/ticket in the service folder for these being replaced ( this can be costly from VW £400ish) but they all work fine and i have checked.
another common problem is the timing chains on these can stretch therefor a costly repair, the previous owner said he had the chain tolerances checked via a computer program and they where fine ( sadly i cant remember the figures he told me but i have just installed vagcom on my laptop so once i get it sorted i will have a go at checking it).
i recently replaced the rear discs and pads.
the previous owner replaced the front discs and pads with genuine parts at vw, there is a receipt for these for £250
Coil pack Recall has been carried out by VW free of charge
Aero wiper blades fitted and new rear wiper arm
new center caps all round
New wheel bolts covers all round
Short Aerial
Recently replaced the drivers door lock module

Exterior:
Paintwork in generally in very good condition, few little marks/scratches here and there but nothing serious ( it is a 10 year old car)
there are a few scuffs on the front bumper and a scrape down the bottom on the side
headlight protectors
Leon cupra R splitter
black grill
tyres are all good with roughly 5mm or more tread on
the two rear lights have a hairline cracks in them however you cant really notice it
few stone chips on the front

Service History:
VW Chelmsford on 5/5/04 at 6856 miles- oil and filter change
VW Chelmsford on 9/6/05 at 16625 miles - oil and filter change and brake fluid change
VW Chelmsford on 9/3/06 at 26626 miles- oil filter change
VW chelmsford on 2/2/07 at 36082 miles- oil/filter/ air filter/ spark plugs and haldex oil service
vw chelmsford on 13/12/07 at 45204 miles - oil and filter change
VW chelmsford on 10/10/08 at 54281 miles- oil and filter change
VW cambridge on 16/3/10 at 63984 miles- oil and filter change
Jaymic workshop Norfolk on 9/2/13 at 78646 miles- oil/oil filter/Haldex service/spark plugs/fuel filter/brake fluid/ air filter ( all genuine parts used)

Genuine reason for sale il be honest i have owned the r32 for around 4-8 weeks, like i said i also own another mk4 1.8t and my initial intention was to sell the other golf and keep this but after owning the 1.8t for 2-3 years and spending a large amount of money on it i am keeping that instead, it was a very tough choice but its certainly a decision which i have sat and had a good think about, it is not the r32's fault, its a lovely car and drives faultless just personal choice.

Maybe a bit pricey , price would suit a 3 door, but the 5 door seem to be less desirable and therefore are worth less money

You'res looks like a cracking car for someone very well looked after, maybe take a grand off the price ??

Anyway GLWS
