How many miles? Without VCDS you can't be so sure about the chain, so the lower the miles the safer you are to some extent. The rust bugs me. Being metallic blue you need to get it repaired at a good shop and pay the higher price or it will not match the rest of the car well.

Low miles doesn't mean chains will be great. I'd rather take something with 130k on thats been serviced every year/10k than something with 60k on thats only been serviced 4 times on longlife.
