Extremely gay and pointless but then I'm not a fan of air fake stance and all that , a decent ish kit will cost 2500-3k+ fitting depends who does it cheap if you do it your self or another 500-a few k depending on who does it

I like air ride as I like to have a nice stance plus there is a lot of speed bumps around here and I'm low on coils
There is a lad on here selling a kit that I just can't afford right now ill pm him and tell him to contact you

yeah x2, i like air ride and will probably be getting it as i live in speed bump central (close to frankie) i have already gone through a sump and scrape on every bump and me no likey!!
I wont be using the car for track days, i wont be driving round with it on its arse, probably just a tad lower than standard (coilover height) and ill raise it over bumps and when working on the car, ive heard the handling isnt too bad if you get the 4 way versions

Is it true you have to remove the front anti roll bar ? Or is that only with certain kits?

How is it a fake stance? It stays at any level you set it too, and can change heights much quicker than your extremely gay suspension setup

I'd only go to plush for installation. Unless you do some silly crazy work and don't want to air out fully your front arb would have to go. But you could fit an upper strut brace to compensate? I'm running e level on my mk 5 and it is great.

That would be my way of thinking too.. Whatever you're forced to lose down below can be added up top. You also have to take a couple of chassis notches out too to be able to hit rock bottom..

One question I have regarding air ride is,

What about the tracking as I know when you adjust you're coil overs you need the tracking re doing,

How does this work with air ride, surely when changing the ride height constantly won't the tracking be off and tyres get wrecked ?

well from what i understand you should have a driving preset so do your tracking to suit that, then slam it for shows but dont drive it far, and up when you need to - speed bumps and working on the car

if you raise and lower constantly then yes the tyres will probably be knackered

Oh ok so have it tracked at the height you will drive at and always drive at that height,

I get you
