Any Cisco Engineers on the forum?

well I passed my CCNA last year and am looking to get on with my CCNP, just looking for any advice. I work with mainly Enterasys kit so could really do with the practice on real Cisco kit. We do have some but not enough for the NP level work. Thinking about renting rack space for that.

As I say any advice welcome.

Decked works with Cisco kit - not sure to what level.

I am CCNA standard but don't really warranty taking the exam as I work in Security.
security sounds like the place to be just now, how do you enjoy it?

I love it - specialise in Checkpoint. I work for a large bank.

I know we have checkpoint Nokia Firewalls but don't know much about them. It's a managed service but I want to know more. Ideally I want to move on to proper networking which we don't really do at the place I work just now

Forgot to say congrats on getting your CCNA I know loads of network professional working for some of the largest network providers, that use Cisco on a daily basis and they can't pass their CCNA. So well done Dubzter!!:)

Agreed, I work with CCIE's in Voice, Switching and Security and security ones are in highest demand and least supply. Hence the 6 figure salaries they command.
don't think I'll ever reach CCIE level but you never know
