Don't bother. They're cheap for a reason and will have had little R&D put into their design and manufacture.
Look at Eibach for decent road springs. Whiteline could be an alternative if they make them for the R32. They normally lower a bit much though.
If you can, go for progressive rate springs. You'll get comfort when cruising and sporty when they're leaned on then.

I should mention that i HAVE HAD apex springs fitted at this point.

I had them on my last mk5 32 and thought they were great, I never put them on, the last owner did.

They had travelled 38k with no problems.

I can also see in the foreseeable future putting them on my 2nd R32.



Red one has standard springs, black one has apex.
