On my way home from work tonight and my batery light came on twice and said workshop or somthing in the middle lol anyone had this before?

Not had it personally but check that the belt driving the alternator isn't slipping.

It says Alternator Workshop. Happened on mine twice in 2 days and never again, voltage is all ok and charging fine. Sometimes if you stall the car it will come up to
