Yes, as long as they are not taken below the minimum thickness stamped on the disc.

Was just thinking about this because I took car for service yesterday down Vw and the issue I've got with my disc they just told me I'd new new plus pads what they said there had been something jamed up behind the disc it didn't make much sence to me has the scoring is on the face of the disc he did show me pics of behind the disc and there was patches there thats where he says the noise is coming from which I can believe but the discs are like new just thought if I could skim them than it would save me forking out on new
