Right a few months ago had a cam sensor fault finaly got round to fitting one today and didnt think anythink of it fot sensor clear the fault as you do...but no the fault came back! So not the sensor at fault...im guna obv check thewiring 1st then check chain...can i check the chain on vag com if its stretched??

Oh and forgot to mention that when the car hits 4000rpm it feels like it looses power?

I think he means the tensioner bolt. 27mm head, screws into the chain cover underneath the EGR valve.

Stealth said they've had to replace a number of them under warranty. They've changed part numbers 3 or 4 times.

thats not my engine and it did not have to come out just showing you what i had replaced and fault gone never came back

Ooh i see did he not have to take the covers off then it just screws out an back in? Ill see if i can get one tomorrow any idea of the name of it?
