I've searched about and haven't found anyone say what make the stock exhaust is on the mk5 R32?

Ive always thought a resonated Milltek came as standard - but also seen people suggest Milltek is purely an aftermarket option ??

Anyone care to clarify?!

Milltek exhausts are in no way standard on the car, they are completely aftermarket.

Couldn't tell you who makes/designed the standard system, but it is resonated, just not the same as the Milltek resonator

The exhaust is a VAG item, why would it be anything otherwise?!

Sebring made the one on the mk4, not sure if they did the 5 as well

MK4 was certainly Sebring but as far as I'm aware it has never been disclosed who supplies the MK5 exhaust to the factory. One would assume it's just one of their suppliers, who also supply for the other models
