Carl Froch training session
Dropped my car off at the Wheel Specialist in Nottm to get 2 wheels refurbed. I then spent the day milling around killing time.
I happened upon a boxing ring in the square and and Carl Froch appeared. Seemed a nice chap, mingled with the crowd and had a light traing session before the big fight this weekend.
He was only a couple of feet away at one point and i could have easily said something but didnt want to ask anything too predictable lol.
Also saw Jonny Nelson and a little dark haired fella whos name i cant remember. Looks like hes been punched a few times.
Big fight this weekend against Kessler.
It was a nice way to kill an hour or two.
