Alright guys, since a certain member on here has planted the seed in my brain about selling my charger kit instead of selling the car and buying a standardish R I'm now thinking about doing it. My question is how much is it worth? It's the stage 1 storm kit with the c30-94 rotrex charger and front mount intercooler. It's got about 9k on it now from new . Any ideas on price???

Cheers

There was one on here for £1300 which was incomplete. Required £700 and mapping etc.

Got to be worth 2k? Id weigh up the cost of taking it off and then your car will be in the sea of other R's that have no FI.

If i was you Craig id bring the price down a touch spend some money on advertising on the right websites etc.

Think you will be better off in the long run that way, short term gain isnt great either though

I was thinking between 2 and 2.5k for it.

That's true about not being charged anymore but the way I see it is if my car sold for say 11 I'd buy one at 8k with nowhere near as many mods so I think I would be better off doing it this way then I don't have to see my baby go lol. Then when funds allow il be going down the turbo route which was my plan at some point anyway.

If you've got proof of servicing and its done low miles then maybe, whats the cost of taking it all off properly?

I think its silly to be honest Craig. Its special just now so just leave it special
You will regret it

I've not looked into the cost yet paul cause it was only yesterday it was mentioned lol. It is special and no matter what the outcome is il regret it unless I just bite the bullet and keep the car as it is and have it as a drive ornament until things pick up again

It's up for 12 ono at the moment daz. Yea to be honest by the time it sold I would probably be back on my feet again lol
Fairly priced then, just a waiting game pal..................only way to shift it quicker would be a price drop, if you can afford to keep her I would as you'd hate driving a standard power R

Yes that's what I thought, well everything is paid for a year so it's only fuel I need to pay for so I probably could keep her
