I want to do a compression test on my M4 R32, just to see the state of the engine ,does anyone know what is acceptable pressures between cylinders.

I think VW deem 15% to be 'within tolerance'.

When I had my mk5 tested (bub engine not bfh ) the good cylinders was deemed healthy at 195 psi but my no5 cyl was only holding at 160 psi ..... Bent valve in that cylinder
