Help needed please,i am totally hopeless with computers and have been trying to open a paypal account i filled in the required forms but it keeps coming back that an account already exists at my e-mail address which it does not although my brother has an account on the same computer but with a different e-mail address any ideas , be gentle ! Hey, if a PayPal account already exists on your email address perhaps a partner, child or relative set it up without your knowledge?
Anyways, go to the 'ive forgotten my password' link below (this link will take you to the relevant page on PayPal) and enter your email address and the characters displayed in the box then hit submit and follow the instructions:
