Hmmmmm....In Car Entertainment isnt my strong point but, i think you would need a compatible sat nav to work with the 6cd changer in the boot

My logic:
You posted a link of a changer that isnt 6cd

To have a 6 cd changer retro fitted you would need a comaptable sat-nav/stereo too

I.E i dont think you could stick a changer in and use your existing oem stereo.......that better?
