Help!..just resoldered my door lock module, refited and all appears to be working fine, key turns in lock and push button on fob.... but door will still open when apparentlylocked by pulling either the outer handle or inner pull!!..have i refitted something in the wrong place??..strangely the door pin now sits lower but still moves up and down as it should??

hope someone can help!

Try adjusting handle pull, pull handle and you'll see a little block that sits in the end. You may have to take lock cap off but dont get too tight as then it goes the other way and you can't open door, as for the pin probs just pushed down on threads and needs adjusting too.

I've just done a similar job as you and ended up with the same problem.

Make sure you have put it back together properly. I didnt put the screw, thats driven from the motor, back in quite straight the first time and it stopped the car locking.
