OK, if there is a resonable interest we will do a double din screen group buy.

So, what screen would people most like?

would need 5 or 6 to get a really good price.

We'd be interested in the pioneer at the right price!

Would you be buying them in from the US? They seem to be massively cheaper there!!

Thats a bit crappy...... But doesn't really matter so much to us as the car doesn't go far and we always listen to the POD rather than radio. So long as the nav works thats all I'm worried about..... Especially when you take into consideration the small matter of 400 sheets difference!!

They will be uk items as we are authorised dealers for all products.

OK,

We will start with the Alpine W202 (Not w200 which is now an old model)

As long as we can get 4 people in i can do them for £465.00 inc VAT.

Optional Extras

Bluetooth
Nav
Digital TV Tuner

Just pm for a package price with any extras.

In my opinion the best unit is the Alpine.

The Nav is the best (not as nice graphics as some of the others but actually works!)
Best for I Pod faster than all the others
and is also the best sounding by far.

Downsides:

no harddrive
no speed camera info on nav.

RRP is £699.00

I have the Alpine unit supplied and fitted by Lee.

I wanted the Pioneer unit originally, but ended up with the Alpine. I've had varying opinions on it, but now I'm happy to have it.

Only thing letting it down is the basicness of graphics and attractiveness of user interface etc. But end of the day, it's not there to sit and stare at so it's not a big deal.

If you can accept it's not as easy on the eye as the Pioneer interface, I'm sure Lee's right with saying it's the better unit.

if we are talking about the Pioneer HD3bt, then

The main difference is the harddrive, but in my opinion its a pain in the arse to use.

The Alpine nav is better, but simpler no fancy graphics.

We did a Pioneer in a MK5 R32 a few weeks back at i was not impressed.

just by opinion mind.

What would the price of this little lot be:

Kenwood DNX-7200
KCA-BT100
GTM-10
KCAIP300

How much would the subscription to keep maps and safety camera database up to date?

Thanks in advance :151:
