Quick question guys, would a faulty mechatronic unit cause the engine to hold back/misfire at high rpm?

Yes thank you, I replaced coil packs and spark plugs, some of the coil pack wiring connectors clips are broken, will need to replace them, but would those cause a misfire...it only happens when hot
