Does this not show how futile the whole thing is that when 2 million people in a city of 4.2 million turn off the lights it only cuts electricity usage by 10%bbc website said:The initiative began in Sydney last year when an estimated two million residents took part, cutting energy usage by more than 10% for the hour.
