They are nice rims!

You can use a 15mm spacer on an aristo no probs which will bring it down to et 23 so they should be ok.

Can you get a trial?

I quite like Dotz Alloys, my first car had Kyalami Dotz on. To this day they're still one of my favourite alloys

BBS CH are ET30 and 8.5" wide, mine scrub slightly on the front but 8" wide should be fine.
Where did it scrub on the arch?

Wanted to go 235/40/18 or maybe 235/35/18 to try and protect the rim a bit (wife drives it as well) and maybe fit some spacers front and back.
Would i be ok with 8mm on front and 15mm on rear with these tyres and spacers with ET30 on standard R32 suspension but may fit H&R springs later.
