Quick questions guys, I bought a osir splitter second hand for my mk5 and it has already been drilled, the holes look like they were for a nut and bolt, not a screw if you get me.

I was under the car looking and if I am going to use the nut and bolt method ill have to take the bumper off obviously?

Does anyone use self tappers and screw it in or is that a bit caveman?

Cheers mate thank you!!! Is the front bumper hard to remove? Prolly 200 torx screws lol
Grille off 1st pal, then work your way round and find all the torx screws, there in the front arches too as well as underneath-takes me around 45 mins to remove my front nowadays

Or find someone with a ramp local?

To be honest you could actually do it without removing the bumper and just remove the side grills and the main grill. This should give you more than enough access
