Those ones look horrible and don't appear to have spherical bearings in them. You'll bend your piston rods the first corner you go round.

If you want fixed top mounts, get decent ones - http://www.compbrake.com/cars/vw/golf-mk4/.html

But bear in mind it's nowhere near cheaper than standard in the long run. High purchase price and you'll be lucky to see more than 2500-3000 miles from a set of spherical bearings. Plus they transmit a lot of noise into the cabin.

If the car is standard, the standard TMs last well. If you've slammed it, then TMs and everything else just gets eaten very quickly.

I run them and have had them for a while no issues at all few of my mates use them in there track cars as well

Really good and well built they have pillow ball bearings in them but I also run the standard bearings in them
