H7 Bulb change -Help Required

Hi,
I have xenon's and I want to change my H7 secondary lights which are dim

. Can anyone offer any advice on how to do this correctly. Or can you confirm if this is main dealer task only.

Hi,
FYI the front bumper has to come off when changing the H7 lights on an R32. Main dealer want to charge £108 + vat. But the DMB should do it cheaper.
