They're not plug and play. Different wiring and connectors so you'd need a reverse adapter as most of them are intended for going from halogen to xenon. You'd also need to code out the xenons with VCDS.
Try and find a good set of used genuine xenons. I run 6000K HID bulbs in mine with a 6000K LED high beam, indicator and parking light and they're much better than the original bulbs.
