In the process of putting 19" BBS audi wheels on my mkV r32, how low is it possible to go with out getting any rubbing?

Thinking of buying the h&r low version coilovers but they start at 50mm?

Has anyone got 19s on and if so how low have you went?

Or anyone with any advice would be much appreciated
