Hmmmmm, i seem to recently recall the statement "I'm never going to take the mick out of RJH ever again"... That didn't last long!!

As for euro prices Moz, new sets can be purchased for around £70, so even if they're mint, i'd expect to get around £50, maybe a bit more if you're lucky. Standards are worth around £20-30.

£28????????????? Holy feck!! So what's Dick Turpin like in real life? I heard he was dead!!
I know mate, few things I want to change to OEM.

Front badge to OEM Silver one. Rear badge back to OEM SIlver and R32 badge missing. Altogether you're looking £50's worth. Ridiculous.

£50 doesn't seem too bad for all three badges to be fair, but £28 for the rear one seems extortionate.. And not being funny but you have tried a scrappers haven't you?? Badges will generally be the most unmarked part of a breaking car unless it's had a front and rear impact so the condition should be fine.. Why pay for new prices? Could even shove them down your pants and get them for free that way.. At best they won't charge you much for a couple of badges.. Definitely a route to try..

£28 is from Ebay for a genuine self adhesive one, so I only guess VW will be £35+ Crazy.

Not many scrappies around here, let alone any R32's might have a look at few scrappies on Ebay then instead.

£10 each for the other two VW badges which isn't too bad as you say.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but aren't the basic grills and badges the same on all MK4 models??? I can see a problem finding black ones, but if it's silver you're reverting back to, you should be able to pick up the badges and/or grills cheap on ebay.. It doesn't have to be R32 specific except for the obvious R32 text badge on the back.. And the clip on one for the front if you want one..
