ive got the 20gig ipod and currently have about 3 gigs of music on it which is pretty decent so far, more than i need but great for playlisting

anything bigger is a little overkill imho

i know nothing about the video ones, i have eyed them up but being honest i cant justify having two ipods especially as my screen has a dvd player via disk mount
Hi

Unlike VC, I would recommened the 80GB Ipod 5.5G with full Video support. I understand that 80GB might seem a lot but it is not!

Example : Convert Albums to Lossless = 0.3-0.5GB
Example : Convert DVD to Ipod Compatible Video 0.5 - 1.5GB

It all depends on what your budget is, if you can only afford X then get an ipod that meets your price bracket.

I think the Video's will come up on the screen :top:
Cool thanks for your help!

I have one of these in my car and I love it to bits. Have converted a few kids DVD so that my lad can watch tehm on the plane when we go on holiday :151:

Worth paing a bit extra for one of these.
i bought my pod when it first came out, the video version hadnt been released back then - still happy though, but saying that i would upgrade if my current one died
I would go for the Video version 1!

i have a reason to!!

whn you connect the Ipod to the ipbus unit that controls the ipod, it wil load a Pioneer screen onto the ipod, in my pioneer head unit ipod support sucks, cant read song name only choose playlist,

an old ipod video will let you see ordinary ipod view.
