Is there any I've missed that do modified Insurance?

Mine is due on the 20th and everyone is struggling to get anywhere near my renewal which is with HIC.

Well I insure my turbo R with them as does lucifer that I know of.
Also mick with his VF charged car

Am insured with A-PLAN,when i rang a-plan up they put me through to a different branch that dealt with modified cars,good luck.

Admiral, when i was 21 it was £1000 for my r, this year it is £600, and they also insured me on a 2.7 tdv6 range rover sport for £200

Watch Admiral though, had been paying around £350 each for the wife's R and my Audi A6 and this year thought I would shop around a bit and was gobsmacked to get £178 on the R and only £200 for the A6, I know you should always shop around but honestly thought Admiral were already doing me a good deal!!

They have always tried to match as close as possible any other quote I've got and bring my price down. I tried Adrian flux this time round and they wanted £1800. Not sure what Admiral would be like for modified insurance though

it was an extra £95 for an exhaust adding onto my policy with admiral last year... but they won't pay out for the exhaust if anything happens.... so you are paying £95 just so they know about it...hmmmm

however

when i took my new policy out i told them i had a stainless steel exhaust and the guy said thats fine and it wouldn't increase my premium, surely that means im covered if i mentioned it?
