Phone Orange and ask them to unlock it? AFAIK most providers these days will happily unlock your phone for a tenner or so....in fact O2 were doing it for free last year as I got my old iPhone 3G unlocked for free by filling in an online form before I sold it

Make sure its full unlock though and not just a baseband hack which is what some of the cheaper ones do....a mate got his done and it was 50quid for the 5....its cheaper if its the 3's or 4's
