I haven't used it personally, i was looking to buy the product a few months back but after doing some more research i decided to go with Britemax Metal Twins, results are unreal. Highly recommend.

Iron Out, and the like, are 'fall out' removers that will remove iron filing type deposits on your paintwork.

You want a metal polish such as the Britemax Metal Twins recommended above or Solvol Autosol, Belgom etc.
