Apparently they're working on a clear drying version.

That stuff was on Hammond's TV program a couple of years back, "Engineering Connections" or some such. It's inspired by some clever rainforest plant which has leaves that repel everything.

i think this would be good to use on the inside of the wheels, never have to clean them again and you dont have to worry about the hazy matt finish because you cant really see it anyway

Sweet....there's a product called liquipel that can be applied to phones etc but I think it's quite expensive, is a cool idea though
