Hi all, I'm just testing the water.
My mk5 maybe up for sale soon.
Im needing a diesel as I'm racking up the miles, about 300-400 a week, love the drive but seem to be wasting all my £ on fuel.

2006, 25,000 miles
DSG
3 door, sunroof,
4 previous owners, fsh.
Mfsw
Fuscon Bluetooth phone kit, Rns510,
Leather, Re-mapped, milltek cat back, excellent condition, 11 months mot, led number plate units,

Always run on shell v-power or equivalent.

I'd have a peek at getting a little van and trying to keep the R if I had to run high milage, you could get a decent little runner for next to nothing these days, and it'd save you losing loads of value on a nicer derv. That sort of milage seriously depreciates yo s***!!

Hi D,
Yes I've thought about that but meant 2 insurances and tax mot ect, had an m3 a few years back and bought a mk4 4motion for the winter as the m3 was waste of time lol.

I bought this in may with 17k on it and it reached 25k yesterday.

Car is located in Stirling but I commute bk to north Wales every couple weeks.

Not really game for lpg, is there any downsides to having LPG other than loding the bootspace but regarding performance ect?

But putting a the miles on it is decreasing the value too :-/

Might be worth your while phoning Raymond at GTI world Edinburgh, as he is looking for low mileage mk5 32's.
