I have a annoying knock on the rear of my r32 which happens every time I go over a speed ramp or pot hole is there on the r32 beam bushes if so are they easy to change?????

Sorry bud never noticed a reply. Here is a pic nicked from Lee's thread (TheMainLegend) and you can see the bushes on them. Give them a tug when the car is on ramps, you will notice play in them if they are gone. Also check drop links

Thanks mate but have checked that they seem ok the only thing I did notice waz on the right side the bush waz sticking out slightly but couldn't seem to get any movement any other ideas??? How much are the bushes or is it easier to purchase the whole bar what are they like to change?
