Looking to lower the r32 just so it sits in the arches a little better.. A few people have told me you have to change allot in order to lower it as it 4 motion, is this the case or can I just get some lowering springs or coilovers and chuck them on??

Just chuck on some decent coilovers(I've always used KW's) as long as you don't go ultra low you'll be fine.

Also get the geometry/tracking done after fitting

Ahh right thank you!! I don't wana go too low just low enough to get rid of the arch gap lol what sort of price am I looking at..?
