Hi I have the standard head unit in my 2006 R32 which is an MFD sat nav unit with Cd changer in armrest.

Whars my easiest option to be able to plug a usb stick into it? Must be USB not interested in using my phone.

I did have a parrot 9200 installed but the parrot built in amp is terrible.
