Guys,

Looking at fitting some gauges in the car but don't like the look of pillar pods or steering column pods so thought I'd mount them in the top DIN slot and install a flip out head unit in the bottom DIN slot.

Any recommendations that will still give me sat nav?

Also do any head units provide inputs to read pressure and temperature on the display so I wouldn't have to fit gauges?

Finally, any head units that still display in the FIS part of the cluster?

Oh forgot to say it needs iPhone and Bluetooth connectivity as well.

Have you considered any of these?

Changing out the nav unit for a single din flip out is going to cost quite a bit, You would need to obviously factor in a bluetooth module, and a unit which will support navigation. Usually single din flip out units with nav start around £700. You would then obviously need it installed as the brain unit for the monitor will need to be placed somewhere. Factor in adding a steering stalk adaptor so you can still use your controls the smaller things will start to also add up.

Have a look at some of the ideas below, Whilst OSIR products are expensive it will be a smart solution and miles cheaper than a whole audio system change to fit the gauges.
