Sooo my dad has a milltek non res back box with milltek sports cat and apr stage 2 remap


I have a milltek non res back box with milltek sports cat, with no remap...


why does his sound so much better/possibly louder than mine

(the blue was warm, the black was cold, hence the pops and farts)

i just gont get why they dont sound the same? my sports cat was 2nd hand, could it be that? or could it be the remap that i dont have? or am i just being weird and they are the same?

I would imagine it would be the remap due to the way the engine put power out slightly different.
I'm certainly not 100% but imagine that's what it would be.

no idea, never had it on the rollers, mine has always felt a bit quicker though, even before the sports cat i just had on, i always pulled away from him a bit at the lights so who knows, ill have to bring him to a rolling road day at awesome or something, be interesting to know

Haha yh I had a bag experience with a mk4 I bought one and took it back within 12 hours as it just kept overheating so I saved abit more for the mk5 ???? still love them though.
