Newly signed up member. I've got an 06 MK5 R32 and whilst replacing the bonnet gas strut I noticed something that looked a bit odd, as in it looked as if it shouldn't be exposed. Checked some engine bay photos on google and sure enough, something's missing.
Does anybody know what it is, or better yet, the part code.

Its the cover for the positive terminal so you can jump start your car as the battery is in the bolted in boot in. cant help you with the part code though but i'm sure someone will be able to help on here
